Start with a solid technical foundation

First learn to shape beautiful nails through the foundation course in gel (extended nails) or gel polish manicure (gel polish on natural nails).

Gel Polish Manicure – foundation course

This is the perfect course for you who want to start a career as a professional nail technician. Here you learn your very first steps with the nail file, manicure, applying gel polish and, not least, the important technical terminology. You also get basic knowledge of nail diseases, changes in the nails, hygiene and responsible work. The course is perfect for beginners.

Gel technique – almond and oval, foundation course

The combined manicure course (also known as Russian manicure) is the most advanced course Indigo offers in gel polish manicure. The course is aimed at people who already do gel polish manicure, have basic knowledge of work hygiene and nail anatomy, and use an electric nail file in their daily work.

Nail refill is one of the most requested treatments in the salon. This course gives you the chance to learn how to do refills quickly and efficiently with precision and quality. We go through the refill process thoroughly, so you understand each step and can carry them out with confidence. The course suits those who have already taken the foundation course in gel technique.

This course is dedicated to those who already have basic skills and are at an intermediate level. Participants must already be able to build almond-shaped nails. You learn to create nail tips with glittering and colourful decorations, work with jelly-like gels and build the colourful French edge. Finally I show you how to take attractive photos of nails.

You gain a thorough understanding of the colour wheel and colour composition, and learn how to achieve perfect colour transitions, both horizontally and vertically, in ombre.
